BunkerM Enterprise connects to Siemens S7, Omron NX, and Rockwell Micro830 PLCs driving filling machines, labellers, case packers, and palletisers via Sparkplug B. Every sensor — filler speed, label reject counter, case sealer temperature, palletiser cycle count — is registered by name with its engineering unit. The line manager queries OEE by AI chat: "Compare downtime reasons on Line 3 between the morning and afternoon shift." The AI pulls from the local metric registry and message history. No customer order data, no recipe parameter leaves the plant.
A Typical Deployment
A contract packager operating filling lines and labelling machines for four brand owners deploys BunkerM Enterprise at its primary facility. Siemens S7-400 PLCs on older lines and Omron NX1P2 on newer lines publish via Sparkplug B. The operations team gets a unified AI interface for all lines. Brand owners' recipe parameters and production volumes are stored only in the local BunkerM instance. Customer-mandated data protection clauses are satisfied by the on-premises architecture.
